You must be 16+ to play on this server.
Section 1: You may not have any name from history, movies, books, games, etc. BE ORIGINAL!!
Section 2: You must have an actual name, things like abcdefg or 1234567 are not names. This also includes nickname, do not use a nickname for your main name.
If you run into an issue or have a question, please submit a ticket through Discord or use the support channel, do not DM a staff member. If you do, you will be ignored.
When staff are speaking with you, please be respectful. We’re all humans and we volunteer our time to help keep this place running as smoothly as possible.
Any form of disrespect is found to be bad for the server, so just be respectful. When a staff member is asking you to do something you need to comply. If you have real life obligations you can always ask and staff will provide a time in which you can comply with what they are asking.
Please do not approach staff in the city regarding OOC or IC issues. If you need assistance, open a ticket.
This server is NOT GTA: Online. If you play like it is you will not remain a part of this server for very long.
Power gaming is not allowed. Forced RP and Rape is strictly prohibited.
META Gaming is not permitted under any circumstances. This includes stream sniping.
Section 1: You MUST have a working microphone in order to play on this server. Being a mute is not allowed.
Section 2: You are not allowed to be talking in discord if you are in the server playing, as this also could be META Gaming.
Section 3: The primary language of this server is English. You must be able to speak English to play on this server.
RDM/VDM aka Random Death Match and Vehicular Death Match are strictly prohibited.
Any form of sexual/erotic RP is not allowed as this is not an 18+ server. Insulting someone DOES NOT count.
Robbing players while they are using a menu. Included but not limited to:
You may not rob and kill a player, you can only do one or the other. If you kill someone during Aggressive RP, you have ended the scenario.
Do not leave a player with a bag over their head. There is no way for them to get anywhere or seek help after you’ve left.
You may not force a player to remove money from their bank.
When the warning for a restart goes out, do not start major crimes like robberies. Wait until after restart.
Cop Baiting aka doing stupid things purposely to get a cop's attention is not allowed.
If you abuse weapons that a hacker gives you, or exploit things on the server you will find yourself in the same amount of trouble as a cheater.
If you are shot and downed (Revive Screen) you ARE NOT allowed to seek revenge on them, unless you are revived by the EMS. See Rule 11 for more info.
If you respawn for any reason, you forget everything that was happening up to 15 minutes before you died. You may not return to the scene, and you may not re-engage for 10 minutes.
If you call for help after dying you must wait 5 minutes before logging off to give them a chance to show up, or it will be considered death combat logging. After 5 minutes, you can do what you need to do. Do not use this to relog to revive yourself.
If you are being stopped by police, robbing a bank, or being arrested. DO NOT LOG OUT. If you log out to avoid capture or being pulled over for ANY reason, you will be banned.
Section 1: DO NOT spam chat at anytime. The chat should only be used for /me and /do.
Section 2: Do not use the in-game chat as a OOC chat, take it to the discord. All in-game communication must be in character and using voice chat.
Breaking character for ANY reason other than if Staff is talking to you, will result in a kick or ban from the server if caught. DO NOT BREAK CHARACTER.
If you are revived by an EMT you may not continue fighting, and you may not run. You were downed, your ability to fight is finished. You are not clear to leave the scene, you are under the control of the Police/EMT until they either send you to the hospital or release you.
Getting into gunfights every 5 minutes, or repeatedly shooting people during the day will get you a ban. Be realistic, do a crime and then stay low for a while. If you are injured in a fight, you are not allowed to go back to fight any other fight until you properly RP out your injuries and recovery times.
You are REQUIRED to follow FearRP. If you are being robbed by one person, you may defend yourself if you are given an opportunity. If you are being robbed by multiple people, you are NOT ALLOWED to try to defend yourself and shoot them unless a reasonable opportunity comes up. Play it out and call the police after. VALUE YOUR LIFE.
It's okay to do these things IN-CHARACTER, but do not take any of them to a personal level or you will be banned.
Do not hunt someone repeatedly just cause you do not like them. You will be banned for doing so. Hunt them kill or rob them and leave it go unless they continue to do more to you. Hitmen are allowed on the server as long as you properly RP everything.
Killing locals is the same as killing players. It will be treated as murder or attempted murder. Do not just go around killing hundreds of locals unless you want to spend a lengthy time in jail when caught.
